Ooop. Ooop-ooop-oop-oop. Oppa Gangnam Style!
Perfect day at Crystal. Soft and fast, I rolled up my sleeves for a couple of runs. 45 degrees and bright sun. I think Lillie did about 11,000 feet, her first 10,000+ day!
